  • Removal of upstairs internal walls
  • Additional internal walls and doors. Full wall
    in lieu of half wall
  • Addition of extra upstairs windows
  • Panel garage door of same size as roller door
  • Addition of attached Patios
  • Turf, Fencing etc.
  • Replace obscure windows with tinted - same
    size or smaller
  • Upgrades to electrical plan
  • Addition or removal of roof gables
  • Addition or removal of eaves
  • Additional Dixon Facades
  • No changes to "Steel Frame Only" designs
    other than the addition of the Dixon Facades
    where shown as optional
  • Additional walls and floor area
  • Internal adjustments to walls, doors or
    robes
  • Additional internal walls and doors
  • Adjust size, type and position of windows
    and doors
  • Larger or additional garage door
  • Panel garage door of same size as the
    roller door
  • Addition of patios (attached or under
    roof)
  • Turf, Fencing etc
  • Upgrades to electrical plan

  • Standard Facades only – other size can be
    done as under roof patio
  • All changes must be drawn to scale
